We offer complimentary consultations so you may ask questions and discuss pricing prior to making a decision about your treatment.  If you decide to become a patient of AMOWC, the hormone optimization and weight loss program requirements include necessary lab work, a physical examination and consultation with our physician at our office location in which your lab results, medical history, and symptoms will be reviewed and discussed with you in depth by our physician.  No prescription will be provided unless a clinical need exists based on required lab work, physician consultation, physical examination and current medical history.  Agreeing to lab work and physical exam does not automatically equate to clinical necessity and prescription.  All other services require meeting with our physician at our office location prior to treatment.
